Help Hunter regain his sight

Schnauzer Rescue of the Carolinas is a non-profit rescue organization that depends solely on donations.  During 2016 SRC accepted over 100 abused or needy Schnauzers as well as Honorary Schnauzers.  Several of SRC dogs come to the rescue with special medical needs which SRC never backs away from.  One dog in particular who needs medical treatment is Hunter (SRC #1852).  Hunter is a 7 year old Schnoodle who needs cataract surgery in both eyes.  This surgery is estimated to be $2,400.00 and since 2016 donations were down by $20,000.00, Hunter’s surgical costs must be raised separately.

Hunter and his companion, Marshall spent a week at our house and we just fell in love with both sweet boys.  Hunter’s sight is affected by the cataract and depends on Marshall.  It is such a loving relationship and they are quite the pair that I can’t imagine their lives without one another.

Hunter is a candidate for cataract surgery but SRC needs our help to raise money specifically for his surgery. Our goal is to raise 2,400.00 to cover his expenses.  Please consider helping Hunter so he and his companion Marshall can find their forever home.
