Help Harli & Haili Come Home
July 24th 2019 Harli & Haili the 23 weeker’s entered the world fighting for their lives. My daughter tried her best but could no longer safely hold them inside. Harli weighed 1 pound and Haili weighed 15ounces and all odds where against them. With a 0-5 %chance of survival the doctors counted them out many times, but God kept counting them in. Their beautiful, strong, determined mom which I am happy to call my daughter saw their determination and from there on out fought for life instead of death for her babies. My daughter loss her job and exhausted all finances in this process but never lost her will to fight for her babies. Me and my daughter became a team, and together we been advocating for these fighting babies for almost 7 months now. The conversation has recently changed from their limited survival odds to their discharge home. However coming home has many requirements. Haili has a tracheotomy and Harli may possibly need one as well. They will require 24 hour nursing, a special vehicle, and housing requirements. Until this point family, friends, and I have been my daughters financial and moral support but the requirements are much more than we can handle financially so we decided to ask for help publicly. Harli and Haili have a long way to go with chronic lung disease, development delays, and a host of other health issues these micro premies are defying all odds. There fight is impressive and at almost 7 months they have survived more procedures and surgeries than most adults. Harli & Haili are coming home and we ask you to help us get them the things they need to thrive. We thank you in advance for all donations and prayers.
