Help get Rio a walk again

My sweet girl Rio jumped off of the bed last night, and being a big heavy dog with bad joints this was a hard fall. She hasn't been able to walk since we got her out to the living room and I don't have enough money to take her to the emergency vet as it stands but she can't urinate, drink water or eat. Anything would help us, even just a dollar. I'm not usually one to ask for help but she is the most important thing in my life and I can't watch her hurt anymore.
