Help Get Desperately Needed Surgery

I am a 19 year old gay man with some mental health problems that effect me to the point that I am considered mentally disabled and prevented me from finishing school. Because of this, it was very hard for me to find a job, and I am currently working a minimum wage part-time while having to use most, if not all of my pay checks to support my family. I am transgender and am in desperate need of chest surgery, as my dysphoria is very severe and heavily impacts my mental and physical health. Though my family is supportive, we do not have the money needed for said procedure (which I have been told by my doctor will be over 8000 dollars when factoring in the associated fees). I want to finish school and go to collage, get a job so I can provide for my partner, and feel like I'm actually living. For years, I have been working so hard on improving my mental health and finding happiness, but after being declined for multiple loans, I've began to feel truly hopeless. This is something I desperately need, and I would be incredibly thankful for any contribution. I had hoped since I was young that I would be able to have this procedure done before I turned 20, but as my birthday is in a month, that... isn't looking like a possibility
