Help Gemma evict cancer!

On October 12, 2016 the Cecil family of five received the news that one of their girls was facing AML Leukemia. Ted and Alisha have 3 beautiful daughters, they moved to Pennsylvania from Nevada for more opportunity in life. Life was going really good, Makenzie started 3rd grade this year and Gemma started kindergarten. Alisha recently became a stay at home mom after multiple child care obstacles. Aliza enjoys this time at home with mom. The family had finally settled into their new place and tragedy struck. Recently Gemma was diagnosed with AML Leukemia after weeks of fevers and ear infections. She just finished 10 days of chemo at Hershey Medical Center; right now her fight with cancer is a waiting game. She has to wait to see how far it spread; she has to wait to see if the Chemo is helping. As of today she has had multiple blood transfusions and platelet transfusions. The full scope of the treatment is still in progress one day at a time. During this time Alisha has been at the hospital day and night with Gemma and Bud (Ted) has been going to work and getting Kenzie and Aliza to the needed places. Sometimes they stay with a sitter and sometimes with their grandparents. After Bud gets off work he goes home to shower and change before picking up the girls. Together they drive 30 minutes one way to spend some time with Alisha and Gemma. The girls have been struggling without their mom and with their sister being sick. Alisha’s dad, step-mom Julie and her brother Erik have been helping as much as they can with the girls but they also have jobs and other things going on. The entire family is doing what they can to make things work during this fight; however the family is struggling greatly during this time and would love to have your help.
