Hello!
We are the M.F.A. Graduate Acting Studio at Ohio University's Professional Actor Training Program (PATP). We are proud that 2017/2018 marks our third and final year of actor training. In lieu of a showcase, which concludes many M.F.A. programs, Ohio's PATP invites industry guest artists to Ohio to meet the M.F.A. actors and offer them valuable one-on-one auditions, acting workshops, invaluable question/answer sessions, and potential representation in the industry. It's an essential part of our education to be able to meet and speak with these guest artists as we begin to launch our careers.
As you can imagine these incredible guest artists come at a cost. This is where you come in! Your donations will help us accomadate each guest artist's travel and accomodations. The more we raise the more guest artists we can invite to visit us in Ohio.
We've been raising money in many ways over the year, but we still need your help! If all of our friends and family provide just a few dollars to help our fundraising efforts we could add important names to our list of guest artists. You would also be helping us lay the ground work for a smooth transition into a very challenging industry.
All proceeds are processed through TAGS (The Theatre Association of Graduate Students).
