(Kidney Transplant) Living Donor

My name is Michael Scott and I am a Disabled Army Veteran. I am raising money to help cover the cost related to helping others find Living Kidney Donors. I had End Stage Renal Disease and I was on dialysis for almost two years. I want to bring awareness to the need for living donors for others in my position. Many people do not have family members or friends who are candidates for donation and rely on the generosity of strangers to be living donors. I am looking to help others find a donor and I will be using different methods of advertising to help accomplish this. Currently more than 90 people have reached out for assistance in finding a donor. I would like to be able to help these people and any others who contact me who are in need of an organ donor. Advertising helped me find a living donor and I strongly believe I can help others find a living donor as well.
 

If there is anyone wanting information to see if they are a candidate to be a living donor please contact me. Any donation amount helps; a living donor organ has a longer “life” than a cadaver organ, so living donors are very important and can save a life. 

If you are unable to be a living donor, please consider being an organ donor on your drivers license/state issued ID. One persons choice to be an organ donor on their drivers license can save up to eight lives and enhance the lives of up to 50 people.
