Help for Shannon Smith

My brother in law was helping a friend and fell out of a tree. He broke his leg and crushed his ankle. He will be needing surgery and will be out of work for some time. He's a farmer and lives like most of us on a week to week paycheck so being out of work for a long period of time will definitely put a strain on his finances.
