Help for Brian and Ginger Afdahl

My parents Brian and ginger Afdahl have been fighting a major flood that has torn through there property. The river is still running very strong and we are doing everything we can to divert it. The river has caused significant damage to all the property. Many things have washed away, fence line has been torn apart and no longer contains our animals, irrigation pipe has been busted apart and dragged down river, and so much more. My parents don't have any flood insurance and so I'm asking anyone to please help out so we can get my parents place cleaned up rebuild what has been destroyed and restore the property back to normal.
