Help Enio's Family
Donation protected
Enio Molina was a maintenance man who worked at our synagogue for over five years. He did everything. He did his work, stayed late hours, polished the menorah, (with a toothbrush - it was beautiful), played with the kids, would come back in the middle of the night if something went wrong. Awhile back his children married and moved out west. Eventually he told us he missed them terribly and was going to move out there with his wife to be with them. After he left he would send pictures of himself with the family, the grands, etc. He was travelling great distances to a job he found. Then we saw a picture of him on FB. He was in a hospital. We wrote to see what was wrong and it turned out he had cancer (it had spread to many of his organs and his spine). He lost his job when he missed work leaving him without health insurance and medical bills mounting. Within a few weeks he passed. The family is now left with unpaid medical bills and his funeral expenses. He was from Guatemala, became an American citizen a long time ago. He wanted to go back to Guatemala to be buried. His mom died last year and he wanted to go back and be buried with her. The family really needs help to take care of the funeral, burial and left-over medical expenses. He was so wonderful to us. It would be wonderful if we could all chip in and return the favor. He never asked for anything. He gave much. Maybe you can help.
