Help! Echo needs emergency surgery

In 2013 Echo was brought into our lives as just a little puppy who we soon fell in love with. She has been the most amazing dog and has shared so much love and laughter in our family. My son who is only 3 months younger than Echo has bonded with her, making them bestfriends, they sleep in the same bed, eat together, play together, and I know he would be heartbroke to lose his bestfriend, just as much as we all would.
On Sunday 8/4 we took Echo to the vet as she wasnt eating normal, not even looking for scraps as we ate our dinner which is not like her at all, and all she wanted was a ton of water and to lay by herself.... they ran extensive tests to find that she has a uterus infection. With this kind of infection its very urgent that Echo has emergency surgery (pyrometra) so her uterus does not rupture or the toxins dont spread and make her septic whu h both can lead to death . I didnt want to do this but after spending the little bit of money we had to figure out what the problem is, now we have to get her the surgery. This surgery will be done at graham road animal hospital. I am asking if you can donate anything, even a dollar we will be forever greatful.
