Help burn victim Mike and his family
Donation protected
On Friday June 14, 2019, Mike Barbare was clearing brush at his home and suffered a terrible accident. He sustained second and third degree burns to his torso, hand, head, neck and face. His right eye remains swollen shut and the full extent of his injuries are yet to be realized. Michael had skin graft surgery yesterday and is just starting his long road to recovery in a Richmond, Va burn unit hospital room.

Cara, Michael's wife, came to work less than a day later, determined to support her family. She realized immediately, the uphill battle that her family now faces, as Mike will be unable to work for several months at least. Cara is one of the kindest people that I have ever met. She has spent her life helping everybody else and needs our help now. Your generous contribution is so greatly appreciated as their lost wages and medical bills start to pile up. Thank you for sharing in the joy that can be experienced, knowing that we helped a family to not lose their home or their faith that good people will always be there for each other.
