Help bridge an ever growing gap

My family and I are in the process of trying to move out of state to start a new life. Our house is not only on the market but currently under contract. Unfortunately, the closing date has been delayed repeatedly, for a myriad of reasons, almost all of them completely out of our control. Due to these repeated delays, we have run extremely short on funds. Being told "Just be patient, the sale will be completed." is just not cutting it for us anymore. We need funds now just to help us make it to the (still TBD) closing date.

We did have some credit left which we thought would be enough to get us through but, unfortunately, the access to that credit has now been removed due to delinquent payments. We were informed that the only way to remove the delinquency was to pay at least the minimum payment (currently at $1000+), despite being told just a week ago, by the same credit/collections department, that the bank was aware of our current predicament, the account would be noted as such, and that we should have nothing to worry about until the following month. Apparently, the automation of their systems magically prevents them from reversing this process despite the need for only a few keystrokes and a willingness to stand behind one's own words. Ain't technology grand?

So, that's our current situation. We are attempting to raise at least enough to unlock the access to our remaining credit so that we can make due until the sale of the house is finally completed. The extra amount in the listed goal would hopefully ensure that we could avoid having to use that credit at all, especially since it would be preferable to not add any additional charges before it can be paid off in full. Additional funds could also help us expedite the moving process if we were able to obtain the funds before the sale is completed.
