With deep regrets, we would like to inform about the unfortunate and untimely departure of one of the most kind and helping natured person I have met.
Rajiv Putam's sudden death due to brain aneurysm
has caused an unfortunate void in supporting his family. Rajiv leaves behind his wife and two loving kids ages 11 years and 15 years old.
For the well wishers of Rajiv here is an update from hospital about organ donations of Rajiv as an fyi:
"Hello and thank you to your family for thses amazing life saving gifts. My thoughts and prayers are with u all. Below is the information I have at this time regarding the organ donation. 41y/m is receiving a gift of life today with his heart transplant, 21y/m is receiving the gift of breathing today with his lung transplant and a 41y/m is receiving the gift of a life and new start with his liver transplant.
3 lives have been saved already so far!! "
Second update from hospital about Rajiv's kidney recipients as an fyi.
"One of the kidneys went to a 53 year old female who waited 12 days for her life saving transplant who is in the Houston area. The other kidney went to a 64 year old male whose life was saved is in the Houston area. I do not know how long he has waited for his lifesaving transplant but I can tell you that when someone is moved to the top of the list it means they are very sick and this is their last option or they will die. So please know Rajiv did not die in vain. His legacy will live on through those he has saved and through your wonderful family.
