Help Bandit get his operation

Hi everyone, firstly thank you for reading our story.
Bandit is our gorgeous Rottweiler, he is 18months old and has an unknown lump in his lungs. He bagan coughing one day so we took him to the vets for treatment, they told us it was kennel cough, gave us antibiotics and sent us home however a week later he became really ill. He had lost 3kg in a week and was just not himself at all so we took him back. He then had an xray where a lump/mass was found in his lungs. We were then told he would need a further ct scan and an operation to remove the lump however we are now faced with a £3000 vet bill! Bandit is currently on antibiotics to keep any infection away whilst we save the money but he really needs the operation as soon as possible!!
