Help Baby Nugget Beat Cancer

This sweet 2 year old was just diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma which is a very rare form of cancer that affects young children. Juliana  "Baby Nugget" Gonzalez has a long hard road ahead of her requiring blood transfusions, chemotherapy, and  multiple surgeries, and long hospital stays.  She has 2 wonderful parents and older siblings that are doing all they can but as we all know it takes a village!
