Help Baby Israel Beat Brachycephaly

Baby Israel was born with a cranial deformity called Brachycephaly. It's a symmetrical flattening of the back of the head. This condition can cause development delays, vertigo, loss of field of vision, and other scary conditions.
It’s usually seen in infants who are always on their backs. My brother, Douglas, and sister-in-law, Thaís, were aware of this potential condition early on. Their pediatrician believed that Israel's head would go back to normal on it's own by closely following a few instructions (i.e. tummy time). Unfortunately the flattening of the back of the head has not gone away and Israel needs treatment.

IS THIS URGENT?
In order to avoid permanent deformity, a baby needs to be treated up to 6 months old. ISRAEL IS ALREADY 5 MONTHS OLD. Israel needs to get treated as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, the family is already going through a hard time financially and could not afford this treatment. In Brazil, you need to prove you have the money before receiving treatment.
