Help Annastasia see BTS!!!!!!

Donation protected

Hi everyone!!!!!!!! =D

My name's Annastasia. I'm 25 years old, an aspiring writer, a double major in Creative Writing and Gender and Women's Studies,  and I LOVE BTS!!!! I was one of the few people lucky enough to get tickets for the Chicago concert on October 3rd before they sold out. I almost cried I was so excited! The problem is that I live allllllll the way in Minnesota and, unfortunately, social security checks don't stretch as far as they used to.

The hotel is booked, the travel arrangements are made, and my nursing staff is arranged. I just need the money to get there. I'm selling some of my things locally to pay for the trip, and I've been applying for jobs all summer (although the SMA makes it hard to find something I can realistically do and that best selling novel just isn't coming along as fast I'd like ;) ). Even with this gofundme, I plan on keeping up the job search, but it would be so, so amazing if anyone wanted to donate and help me out. Really, anything would help get me started.

My goal is to save about $900 total. The cost breakdown looks like this:
-$150 for my share of gas (GOAL MET)
-$566 total for the hotel. $187 for my share of a room + $379 for my nurses' room (GOAL MET)
-$184 for spending money on merch, food, seeing the sights, etc

I really can't put into words what it would mean to me to go see this concert. BTS has really helped get me out of the slump I've been in for the last couple of years. I was in a pretty serious car accident back in 2016 where I was in the hospital for three days. I had to take a semester off to heal and that threw off my graduation time. I really felt like I had set myself back and failed not only in my studies, but also my career dreams. I was close to being in the professional editing stages of my book, but because of the accident I (once again) had to push those plans back as well. I had a persistent feeling that I had missed my shot and developed an intense case of Imposter Syndrome about my ability to write in the first place. The Fall I returned to school was the first time I ever heard BTS and the positivity and encouragement in their music helped me get back to my normal self. They give me something to look forward to every week with their variety show, their tweets, and of course their music. Their honesty about their own struggles and anxieties helped me to believe again that all my hardwork will amount to something in the end and every hardship will be worth it. They're basically the soundtrack to my comeback so I'd like to be there to support them like they supported me!

Thank you so much for any help you're willing to give! Even if you can't donate, sharing this is just as important. If you do donate, may it come back to you threefold! Be safe out there, and thanks again! <3
