Hi! I lost my job this summer and it took me a while to find a new one.  I started this week but unfortunately won't get my first paycheck until the end of October. This really sucks because while we can pay rent (because my wife is awesome and is working her ass off), things like "paying bills" and "getting birthday presents for Zoe" are obviously off the table.  I've been doing various gigs for money since summer, but living in the Seattle area is pretty expensive. 

If you know me at all, you probably know how incredibly difficult it is to ask for help like this. The fact of the matter is if we don't get any help, we'll still be able to feed the kids and live here, it's just that a good portion of our bills will be paid late as we play catchup for the next few months.

Anything's appreciated, obviously.
