On the morning of June 15, 2018 Vietnam War veteran Rick Anne's was riding his motorcycle to work on the East side of Indy along 30th and Post Road and was hit. After being thrown into oncoming traffic and thankfully not being hit again, help arrived and he was taken to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in downtown Indy. Rick has suffered a shattered leg, crushed pelvis/hip, 3 broken ribs, and punctured lung. He has already had multiple surgeries for internal bleeding and to repair his lower leg(he has 2 drainage tubes in his leg), and repair his crushed pelvis . And has few more surgeries to come. In short, he will have a long recovery ahead and will have to re-learn to walk.  Sadly his wallet is also missing(along with the cash in it). And he will be out of commission for 6 - 8 months. So this fundraiser is to help him and his wife for what's to come for doctor bills, therapy, home bills, etc. And if you can't donate, that's fine. Just please help by sharing this story. Thank you!
