Help a cowboy

I want nothing for myself.  I have a friend in the US  who is unable to work due to a back injury.  He is on disability, which is peanuts and barely enough to live on.  He was looking after his 21 year old handicapped daughter with the help of his Mom.  About a year ago he found his Mom dead in her room.  As a result, he lost his daughter because he is unable to look after her alone.  He can no longer live in the house and lives in a small room with his brother.  I want to buy him a PS4 for Christmas because there is not much else he can do but sit in a chair.   Please help me to help Cowboy have a connection to his friends.
