Feature film HELLCAT'S REVENGE written & directed by Len Kabasinski (CURSE OF THE WOLF, SKULL FOREST, FIST OF THE VAMPIRE, SWAMP ZOMBIES, ANGEL OF RECKONING, AND MORE). Starring Lisa Neeld (Playboy Covergirl), Donna Hamblin (ANGEL OF RECKONING), and Deborah Dutch (HARD TO DIE, CAGED WOMEN II)
Len Kabasinski has been an indie filmmaker for over 12 years. He started with the indie cult film SWAMP ZOMBIES and went on to make 10 other films from there to this point. Len gained more popularity from his appearances on Red Letter Media's programs "BEST OF THE WORST ", "WHEEL OF THE WORST 7 " and a special cameo appearance in their film SPACE COP . Len just wrapped ANGEL OF RECKONING which by his admission is by far his most polished work. "ANGEL" debuts on "On Demand/Cable" this Fall and also DVD this winter.
This is Len's first campaign for crowdfunding and is trying this venue in order to be able to continue to increase his production values. This film is a 70's style biker-revenge film and the funds would go along way to making this his best work to date. The Synopsis for the film is as follows:
"Female biker club member Kat (Lisa Neeld) becomes the new head of the Hellcat's when a rival male biker gang kills the previous leader. Kat along with her fellow "Hellcats" members try to find out who killed Trish and fight through anyone who gets in their path."
The funds raised for this project would go towards acquiring better equipment, cast & crew members, necessary locations, dvd/bluray duplication, and general productions costs. If we do not reach our goal, we can still accomplish the film on whatever the amount raised and will put into post-production costs, etc. ANYTHING that will help us make the best film we can (that's why we need YOU). Len Kabasinski has a pretty good track record at making indie action/horror films that viewers enjoy and this one would be different in the fact that he would have more of a "real budget" to work with (again, that's why we need YOU). There are several perks to take advantage of for this campaign and some being a little unique... skype calls , "Be a Hellcat" or "Viper", etc
