My name is Alex Lynott. I am a Park Ranger and a wildlife rehabilitor in Northwest Iowa. As a certified wildlife rehabilitator, I have learned very quickly that trying to help injured, orphaned, or sick wildlife critters is an expensive endeavor. We are able to provide the best quality of care, because of donors! Formula, vet bills, enclosure supplies, solid foods, and medication are not cheap! Even $5 can change the life of a precious critter.
HEART the Wild is a one woman crew with a handful of volunteers that help when needed. We help anything from the furred to the feathered!

Now, I have been able to add a few enclosures and increase my intake, but with that increase comes an increase in cost.
