Medical costs for heart failure

I am the mother of six wonderful children and the grandmother of three. I am originally from Leverett, Massachusetts and now I live on the British island of Montserrat in the Caribbean. Down here we have very little in terms of healthcare available, just a handful of general doctors and a general surgeon who performs minor surgeries.
When I started feeling sick three years ago the doctors had very little diagnostic tools to figure out what was wrong. It wasn't until we had a team of visiting Cardiology Specialists from Mt. Sinai in New York last year that I finally received the diagnosis of stage two progressive heart failure.
I have posted on this page the letter I was given by the Chief Medical Officer outlining the condition.
I have been living outside of America for many years and I don't have any health insurance coverage there. I can, however, get healthcare in England.
I was told that I needed to travel to England immediately to see a specialists and do further tests to determine treatment. The government here is very limited in what they can do to help people like me in times like this, they can help us with airfare to UK, but we have to find our own accommodation for the time we are there.
I need to raise funds to pay for a place to stay while I am in London. I have to bring my nine year old son and my autistic 15 year old with me. I have been saving since last year but due to my illness limiting me I have only saved enough money to buy food and cold weather clothing for us during our stay in England.
I am basing the amount of funds requested on the costs of a small studio flat and the associated council fees etc. for a period of six months as listed on real estate rental sites. The best cost I can find is £1,000 per month. It is estimated it will take me six months to get the help needed.
My sister Holly D'Oench is collecting the donations for me because I am out of the country. That is why her name shows up as beneficiary. The funds will then be used to pay for accomodation when I travel to seek medical help.
