Help for Hayley Ann and Andy Lewis

Sometimes bad things happen to really great people. Andy Lewis and Hayley Ashburn were driving in Mexico from one slackline event to another when the truck they were following swerved around another broken down truck that was hanging out in their lane. They struck the parked vehicle.
If you have been inspired, helped, influenced by these two, now is a great time to say thanks or I love you. The other day Hanky, Elliot, Adam, Bun, Marta and I were talking about the hard situation that Hayley and Andy are both dealing with right now. We thought about what we could do. We were discussing how much Andy has already given to the BASE family, with the platform in KL, the rope swings, and one of the most impressive things to happen, the Space Net.
Then what he and Hayley have done for the Slackline world. Highlines, tricklines, bringing it to what it is today.
Andy was able to extricated Hayley from their smashed van, and had truckers help pulling traction on both of her legs and arms until the ambulance arrived. Her pelvis was also broken. Andy more than likely saved Hayley's life, but now they are having to rent a place in Mexico for the month until she recovers enough from her multiple surgeries, and can travel back to the States. Then the physical therapy once she is able to stand in no sooner than 2 months. Just the deductibles for hospital, rent and rental car have cost them $30,000 so far. They have both given so much to our community with their vision. We just picked 35,000 as their goal, the expenses are already beyond that, not to mention that Hayley won't be able to work for at least 6 months. Andy and Hayley both resisted us putting this up, not wanting to ask their friends for help, but we kind of insisted. I mean, look at these two:)
If we all took this chance to just help them a little, even $10 makes a difference! If we only reach $7,000, that's fine, anything helps. Random bad things happen to us all, I assure you, your donation will bring some light into the dark time our friends are in.
