I want to say thank you so much to all of you that have supported Jason and Kami! They have met their funeral and memorial fund needs! What a blessing! Jason has asked that this account stay up since it has been shared so many times. Jason and kami have a dream to keep Hayden's memory alive and to help other local grieving families. If you are unable to donate to their cause please share for them. Jason has big ideas and has always had a huge heart when it comes to helping others.
As I said before, I have no words but I will try. Hayden Max Chapa is the strongest little boy I know and with Jason and Kami by his side, they are an unbeatable team. He has been able to experience so much in the 3 short years he has been with us. He has been a fighter from the beginning and has blessed all who have met him. We are all overwhelmed with the support from our family, friends, community, and medical teams. I am amazed at Jason and Kami's strength through all of this. They have shared their journey with everyone since the beginning and Hayden has become part of so many families. Even people he has never met. Unfortunatly, Hayden has had some sudden, unexpected, major health problems that led him to be on life support at Primary Childrens Hospital. Tomorrow we will say goodbye to our sweet angel and he will return to our Heavenly Father. I wish I could take the pain away from my little sister and Jason. I feel helpless as do so many of us. I can't count how many people have asked how they can help. I would love to help take the financial burden off Jason and Kami for funeral and memorial costs. They have been through so much already. Thank you all for your love, prayers, thoughts, kind words, and visits. Hayden will forever remain in our hearts. We love you Hayden!
