Veterans Family need Holiday Help

Marta is now a single mom raising 4 children after the loss of her husband Julian who was a veteran. Julian was coming home from work late one night and was struck by a teenage driving with a suspended driver's license that ran through a red light. Marta and her Children will be celebrating their first Christmas without their heroic father/husband this year

To all of those who have kept Marta's family in your prayers, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Today we were blessed to have MOJO from channel 95.5 grant Marta's family an early Christmas when at 7am this morning the MOJO team along with friends and family we gave Marta a surprise wakeup with a 95.5 breaking and entering Christmas. The joy that this event brought to Marta and her children was indescribable. We thank from the bottom of our hearts any and all of the who had a part in this early Christmas miracle.

We are still working as a community to help Marta afford a newer vehicle since her current one has come victim to transmission failure. We have done so much as a community to spread joy to Marta's family in their time of need. Let's see if we can pull off one last Christmas Miracle and help her family afford a used car to ease the burden of finding ways to get her 4 children to and from school and doctor appointments. Lets keep our hearts open to a truly deserving family who has been struck by such an awful devastating tragedy.

To Julian, I hope your looking down on all of us with that huge smile of yours at all of us that haven't forgotten you. We're all right here staying by your side and watching over your family just as you would be doing for any of us. We miss you and think about you every day and all the great times we had and just want you to know we're not going anywhere.

What one could call a beautiful soul.

 A true friend, loving husband & father and guardian angel to all. Julian Hayden who was a model family man was tragically struck and killed on his motorcycle August 24th 2016 in the early morning hours while coming home from his job at Ford. This tragedy has shocked all who had the privilege and pleasure of knowing Julian. He leaves behind his loving soul mate Marta and 5 beautiful children. He was truly taken from the world to soon. He has touched so many people’s lives with his kindness and loving heart. He was always there for anyone who needed a helping hand or just a shoulder to cry on in their time of need. Julian was truly an honest and genuine man. Now he needs all of our help to ease the hardship that is placed on his family in their devastating time of need. Please help his family by lessening the financial strain that comes with such a tragic and sudden loss.
