Hello! I'm Amy and I invented SiftEase, the quickest, easiest way to clean a litter box.
My mission is to bring SiftEase to the world. I think cleaning up after our pets should be an afterthought instead of a messy, stinky chore.
This fundraising campaign is to help me pay for the tools required to manufacture SiftEase. I need funds to pay for the tools which will make the actual product that you'll see in the retail marketplace.

The Story - I have 3 cats and 3 litter boxes so I set out to solve these litter box cleaning woes:
1. the smell
2. the scooping, sifting, rolling, etc
3. the mess
4. the wasted litter
I woke up one morning after months of sketching a better litter box and realized THE PROBLEM WAS THE LITTER BOX! Every inventor thus far has tried to make a better litter box. But if you're like me you have a graveyard of "better litter boxes" because they didn't live up to their claims. The problem with sifting or self cleaning litter boxes is the waste gets stuck in the sifter or on the bottom of the box, so it's still dirty and stinky even after you've "cleaned".
I created a way to clean litter outside of the box to fix these issues. A few prototypes later and SiftEase was born.
SiftEase will save you time, money, mess and odor! Here's how it works:
I use my SiftEase prototype everyday to clean my litter boxes and I love it! There is no more mess or wasted litter, and if I need to sanitize the litter box I have somewhere to store the litter in the meantime.
The best part about SiftEase is that it really reduces litter box odors! I noticed after a few days of using it that I no longer smelled the litter box. Even if I was in the same room. Using self cleaning litter boxes or scooping, I was cleaning it twice daily and still smelling the litter box! This is because the goo that gets stuck to the litter box is the smelliest stuff on earth. So when you can effectively clean the litter box without mixing this stinky goo in with clean litter, it DOESN'T STINK!
SiftEase saves money on litter! A box of litter now lasts me well over a month because I'm effectively cleaning it and not wasting any during cleaning. I used to go through twice as much litter.
