Harlie Rascoe's Family Fund

My precious niece, whom is 12 years old, has lost her life from a snowmobile accident on 12/10/2016. She was a vibrant young lady so full of joy and life who brought happiness and positivity to all those she met. Her family has been struggling and at this point they will not be able to work. So this fund is to help with their financial burdens during this time. We hope to raise enough to give her a funeral and memorial that can fully celebrate her life.
