Make Hannah's Dreams Come True

Donation protected
As Hannah's Boyfriend, I've set up this page as Hannah has already received some very generous offers from people who follow her blog (aworthwhileadventure.wordpress.com) of donations to help fund Hannah's dreams on her bucket list.

If people don't already follow her blog or know about Hannah, she's definitely worth a read. Hannah is a 19 year old from North West, England who was due to go and chase her dreams with Camp America this summer but sadly ended up getting diagnosed with stage IV Bowel Cancer that had spread to her liver on 16th May. From May till now, her treatment has been intense, having four different types of Chemotherapy and major surgery and then recently changed onto two different intense chemotherapies on the 11th October. Since her diagnosis, she has done LOADS to raise money for cancer charities and raise awareness for Bowel Cancer and other cancers in young people, from selling awareness wristbands, with all proceeds going to Teenage Cancer Trust to a raffle that her sister, Louise, set up and ran, raising over £1,000 for Clic Sargent. Recently however, her diagnosis has changed rather suddenly after we all believed we were going in the right direction with the tumours shrinking in her liver, they then found new disease in and around her bowel, pelvis and uterus, leaving the oncologist to say that they are no longer looking for a cure. Hannah's determination and positive attitude however is wanting to prove them all wrong, telling us that she won't be defeated and this new prognosis will not make her crawl in a ball and hide. It's with this sudden change in diagnosis why I wanted to make this page for her.

Hannah has been granted a wish from Dreams Come True (a charity similar to Make-A-Wish) to go to Disneyworld Florida and have a Disney Cruise, problem is that at the moment, we're struggling to get insurance. Hannah also has various other activities that she would like to complete on her bucket list including; visiting Disneyland at Halloween, Quad Biking and Going on the London Eye. She wants to keep herself as busy as possible during treatment and makes sure she gets the most out of life.

If I could ask everyone to share this as much as you can and donate if possible that would be great! I would love to raise enough money so that Hannah can complete as many of her activities as possible. We all love her and think all what she has done for charity is great, but now it's time for Hannah to be able to treat herself.
