URGENT!!!!!
HELP US SAVE OUR HOME (LESS) !!!!
Christ N Us Ministry opened our doors here in the Bayou nearly two years ago. We took an abandoned building that was already inhabited by homeless and renovated it, ran all new electric and plumbing, and given the go ahead to proceed. To date we have helped close to 2,000 individuals , families and children at this location alone. We recently received word after a random inspection that we must make several changes , improvements and upgrades to meet safety codes . This is going to be very expensive to accomplish within the required amount of time. In addition to these costs we must continue to pay our normal operating expenses. We most recently have acquired an architect who is donating his services . Plans are underway. Many have offered labor help free of charge. We can not begin the work until plans are complete.
We are currently renting other properties to house our clients, this has doubled our expenses. We are simply trying to keep the basic needs met while we wait to move forward. Thank you for your support and prayers.
