Haley's Cancer Treatment Fund
Spende geschützt

Haley Kirkland Forrest is a beautiful, kind, and vivacious young woman. She has endured a lot in this life, yet she still keeps that gorgeous smile on her face. Haley was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition known as VHL or von Hippel-Lindau. It is a genetic form of cancer and its patients battle a series of tumors throughout their lives in the eye, brain, spinal cord, kidney, pancreas, and adrenal glands. While Haley has been upbeat and taking VHL on with yearly checkups it has caused loss of vision in one eye and the deterioration of her kidneys. Haley is a fighter and has not allowed any of this to affect the terrific job she does as a mother to her one year old twins with her husband Jacob Forrest. Nor is she allowing the ovarian cancer she was diagnosed with in December 2014 to stop her from loving life. Haley has always been an uplifting person despite these personal battles she takes in stride. We want to help Haley by raising money to lift the financial burden of medical treatments, chemotherapy, and the cost of raising twins. We hope you too are moved by her courage and grace and will donate to the wonderful Forrest family. We are also organizing a 5K marathon March 28th at Westgate Park Trail in Dothan, AL. Please visit "Run Forrest Run: Race for Haley" Facebook page for additional information. We thank you!
