Debi is having BRAIN SURGERY on Dec. 17, 2014
This Go-Fund-Me is being established to ease the burden of everything required to get Debi to UCSF and to cover all of the expenses of traveling, having brain surgery and recovering.
We’re calling on all of Debi Pierce's friends - Our Debi needs help! The tumor, that she previously had gamma knife on, is still growing and she will be having invasive brain surgery. The tumor is now pressing on her trigeminal nerve, which makes her face feel like its being shocked by a bolt of lightning. Although several medications are holding it at bay for the time being, the surgery is the only hope of correcting it. Debi needs everything from a rollator-walker to be able to get around safely, to a gel travel pillow she needs to keep her head still in the car for the drive home after surgery.
