PLEASE HELP FIND ROSE DOWNWIND

We are trying to raise reward money to help find our sweet cousin, Rose Downwind. She was last seen in Bemidji, MN on Oct.21st 2015. She has been missing for over a week, with no contact to her family. This is unlike her. She keeps in constant contact with family and loves her children dearly. Please help us end this nightmare,  We need operating funds for things like gas money for volunteers. By trying to offer a reward to anyone that can lead us to her. You can stay anonymous.
