Picos rescue!

Today at around 12:30, my grandmothers chihuahua, Pico, was in the front yard like every other morning, when he was viciously attacked by two tan pit bulls through her fence when the owner was unable to control them. Pico has been in the family for fourteen years, and has always been an amazing companion to both my grandmother and grandfather. He is currently undergoing emergency surgery listed below.  The owner of the pit bulls was not compliant, and left the scene immediately claiming it was not his fault. My grandmother has been through many heartbreaking experiences this month.  All donations are extremely appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.
