Hi. I’m Samantha Heimer a High School Powerlifter. I have been selected to respresent the USA in the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) Bench Press
Championship in Potchefstroom, South Africa April 22- April 28, 2018.
In my weight class, I currently hold the state record at 315lbs to include the overall state record. I have a USAPL record of 325.2lbs and a Junior Olympic record of 247lbs. In my 4 years of competion, I have 17 -1st place, 9- 2nd place, and 4 – 3rd place medals.
I have worked with all my heart to master this area of my sport. With your help, I’d like to see my dream come true of representing the USA in the IPF World’s Bench
