Do you know what blues dancing is? Many people don't.
But we're here to change that. Here in Nashville, a city full of rich music history, we are leading the charge in TN towards promoting and preserving this historic dance. For the past 2 years, we have taught classes, held dances to live music and blues DJs, and worked continuously to impact our community with blues history.
Blues Dance Nashville needs your help to continue bringing blues music and dancing to Nashville this year. Your gift will help us:
- Bring in new bands and develop aspiring blues musicians
- Train new teachers and DJs in the dance and the music of traditional blues
- Hold dances to promote the dance and reach out to our community about the history and future of blues
