AUDIO SPOTLIGHT FUNDRAISER

.. Audio Spotlight is a commercially available system that can focus a narrow beam of sound into a person's head, without anyone nearby(or even next to them) hearing anything.. the TI community can use this as a tool to both test it's effects on the many with v2k /RNM/synthetic telepathy, to see if it can prevent the "lock-on" from those tactics, and blur -out the abuse., as well as an effective real-time demo for public volunteers, law enforcement info outreach, and mental health or local legislators,. having people directly experience a mild form of what so many of us suffer with, using just a commercial advertising tool, will give, validation to the possibility of more covert, powerful & pervasive systems already in use. The TI activists and outreach teams should have one of these with them at each event if possible.. for now, we'd like to just try raising funds for one new system..
