Car Accident, hurt & not working

On October 18, 2015 at 1:30 a.m. I was in the parking lane of the street, when a car hit me from behind & actually slid alongside my van, getting stuck in the wheel well.  The driver did about $4500 in damages & his insurance is paying for repairs.  But this is the 4th week the car is in the shop, reasons being that parts needed to be ordered and the adjuster went to the shop about a week after it was towed.  The driver also tore up the rear suspension.

I am self employed as a driver for Uber & Lyft.  For four weeks I have not been able to work, because I don't have a car.  I have no other income & am completely depleted of funds.  Due to the loss of income I am getting behind on bills, and mortgage.  It looks to be another one to two weeks without the car, hence no income.

My 85 year old mother lives with me and when I am not working I am caring for her.

My income is roughly 600 to 650 a week.  Any money received will be used to bring me up to date on my bills and paying anything that is in arrears.  It will also allow me to put a turkey on the table for Thanksgiving.
