gunners medical expense

hello my name  is gunner.
 my dad needs help with some medical exspense for me

while out for a walk or even maybe at home?
i might have gotten into something or ate something that made me  sick? i been sick for over 4 days and now i must see the vet, i have the shakes and cant hold nothing  down ? the vet  tried me on a rice diet and rice water treatment. but poor me it is not working.
 so now the  vet said i must come in and get tested for intestional blockage or something else?
 this can be costly for my dad who loves me very much.
 you see he is disabled and i am his theraphy dog. i keep him calm. and he gives me a happy home and lots of love in return.
 if you can find it in your heart to help me and my dad
 he and i would  be most  thankfull .
 we know this is christmas time and most people cant help. but any thing would be nice.
 we need to raise this by  the end of next week
 as the vet said she would take a post dated check from dad. and will try with free samples of any medication i might need  if she has it?
lab work and ultra sound check and  dad  does not know what else i might need? dad loves me very much and this will empty what little  savings he has.
