On Tuesday November 27th, we found out our dad had a brain tumor which was putting pressure on his optic nerves causing him to lose his vision rapidly. Later that day, he went in for emergency surgery. His operation was successful but unfortunately the next day a blood clot formed in place of the tumor and he went in for a second emergency surgery. He is currently recovering in the ICU.
We have set up this page in hopes that our family and friends will come together and help us ease the financial burden of out of pocket medical costs and loss of income.
Guillermo is a great friend to all, a caring professor, dedicated soccer coach and above all an extraordinary father. He is a giving and loving man that always puts others needs before his. We want to be able to take care of him and give him peace of mind during this difficult time.
