my family needs money to move quickly

I have type I diabetes for 30+ yrs. I've been fighting for my disability for over 3yrs. My wife has kept us above water until now. Last week her job came to an end. We also have been served with an eviction. We have found a few houses, but do not have money to move into them. My wife will get another job. She is a very hard worker. I will hopefully get my disability and things will get back to normal. But these circumstances couldn't have come at a worse time. How do we tell our two kids we are going to be homeless? I just can't do it. Please help if you can.
