Grouse Beater Fights Back

As a supporter of reinstating Scotland's self-governance, having written extensively about Scotland's history and culture, I regret to say that I have become a causality of defamatory accusation. Some nasty minds decided smear is a superior weapon to silence articulate voices compared to ideas, discourse and debate. These are people who would halt Scotland's constitutional progress.

Compelled to seek legal redress, good legal advice and guidance is a necessity. 

Calling on the instruments of justice incurs hefty legal fees, so I am seeking the assistance and goodwill of the public to lessen that burden, and to help me secure redress against key individuals, and a tabloid newspaper in particular. We can make this a fair fight. Those who think defamation a political weapon need to be shown up for what they are, dishonest, grubby liars.

Should there be an early resolution to legal process leaving monies unused, these will be distributed to selected causes in Scotland. Worthy causes will be identified by myself and two others.

Inadequate as my gratitude will be, I'd like to thank in advance all who feel able to contribute to this cause.
