First of all, we would like to thank all of you for your dedicated support of Scatter Their Own. Second of all, if you haven't heard about us yet, we are an indie blues rock duo from
the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation of South Dakota. You can find out more about us and our music at www.scattertheirown.com.
We have successfully turned our Independent Rock band into a sustainable family business touring North America extensively over the last 88,000 miles. If you've been following us, you would know that our family band of 4 has gone from a 4 Door Mazda Sadan to a Toyota Mini Van since the band was founded. We've not only grown in band members but also in equipment.
We are currently working on a new album in Los Angeles, California. After the completion of our new album we will embark on the Official "Love Your Mother" North American Tour.
It has always been our dream to book a tour that is "Green" as possible. Our Lakota teachings have provided us with the foundation we need as a Human Race to take care of Mother Earth.
It has always been a dream of ours to own a bio diesel Sprinter Van. We have gone from coast to coast in our "Rez Bomb" vehicles, meticulously playing Tetris each time we loaded our equipment.
After the last 3 years on tour, all our hard work is starting to be acknowledged! We've recently been awarded a small business loan from The Lakota Funds securing a deal to finance a 2014 Sprinter Van. We are confident in our talents as musicians, that we will be able to meet our goals both financially and musically.
We are now looking for help to secure a down payment of $5,000 on our 2014 Sprinter Van that costs $42,000 in total. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated! 100% of the funds will go towards our van. Our family hopes to see you on the road in 2016! #scattermovement #scattermusic #scatterfamily
