Grenfell Graffiti Jam

Donation protected

Hi all

Allow us to introduce ourselves we are a handful of individuals who are coming together through our love of graffiti to organise a day not only for the graffiti community but the local community to show our respect to the 72 lives that were lost to the Grenfell Tower fire on 14th June 2017 and to the local community that we support Them and their Fight For Justice.

At present we have funded most of the event but now we have come to the point where funds are low and we are in need of basic supplies for the day which is mainly paint and few other bits to prepare the huge walls of trellick tower for the day. Photo attached just shows the size and task ahead!!

We approached most paint suppliers but unfortunately have so far been unsuccessful in sourcing supplies.

No matter how small the donation may be it will help us make this day happen. Due to unforeseen circumstances resources have been stretched to the limit which in turn has led us to this point.

On the day  we will have live painting, live djs, b boys and b girls, children's wall and arts corner, pop up shop and much more including 72 hearts for the community and guests to decorate each heart will represent a life that was lost to the Grenfell Tower Fire.

ALL proceeds made on the day will be donated to Kids On the Green an organisation set up by the local community for those who were affected by the Grenfell Tower Fire providing a space for creative arts, acting classes, after school activities for the younger community to enjoy as well as many other services.

We will be holding a 72 second silence held in memory of the 72 people who lost their lives.
