The Greg Bryant Memorial Fund

On behalf of Dana Bryant, we, her friends and family, have set up this memorial to honor the life and legacy of Greg Bryant. Hall County lost a beloved native son on the afternoon of January, 26th 2019 when Gregory Earl Bryant was tragically and unexpectedly killed in a home accident.

Greg and Dana were married as a teenagers 34 years ago. Greg left behind his loving wife Dana, and two children, Brandon and Hailey. They recently spent the last 2 1/2 years helping him recover from a stroke. Now, Dana is left facing life on her own and having to bury the man she's loved since childhood. Greg was the sole provider of their household, so now Dana is not only faced with the crushing devastation of his loss, but also figuring out how she will cover the funeral costs and basic life expenses going forward.

In the last two and a half years, she has buried both of her grandmothers, and her father. In that time, she always found time to lend a hand to take elders to appointments, help members of her church, or babysit for a struggling single mom with a special needs child. She has such a strong and loving spirit and Greg knew this better than anyone. Dana's friends and family are seeking to help her through this difficult transition in her life with financial, in addition to emotional, support with this account created in Greg's memory and her honor. In times of deep grief, when her heart is breaking, her financial responsibilities will continue and, unfortunately, grow. All donations we collect will be given directly to Dana to provide financial comfort and security as she grieves and plans for her future.
