Greeks for Vets!

The Veterans of Foreign Wars is a fraternal and charitable organization, established in 1899, which helps current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, who have been deployed to wars, conflicts, and other hostile incidents throughout our country’s military history.  The membership includes persons from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, does not discriminate on nationality, as many foreign citizens have also served in the U.S. military over our history.

This year is an important year for this event and for the VFW as things grow tight for the post financially due to unforeseen construction expenses and other expenses. As all of those who have been involved with the post or this event in the past know there is no place like the VFW. For this event everything is being donated and ALL proceeds for the event will go directly to the local VFW.

Your contributions will help the VFW to continue to serve local Veterans and their families. If needed, we can provide documentation for any of your donations for tax purposes. We look forward to seeing everyone there at the event April 21st, it starts and 12:00 and goes to 6:00. If you can’t make it, please feel free to donate to the VFW and attend in Spirit!
