Grayson was born on August 16, 2015 and we found out shortly after birth that he had a severe lack of oxygen due to a seizure. We all prayed hard for this little guy to have healing but wasn't getting much good news from the doctors or nurses helping him.

The pediatric neurosurgeon did not give us much hope of Grayson ever being able to suck, much less eat. He also mentioned that Grayson would probably not have any voluntary movements.

Fortunately, Grayson proved the doctors wrong and DID start sucking on a pacifier. He had a VERY STRONG suck too! Soon he started trying to pull tubes etc off of him and then started taking a bottle!

Eventually we were able to take him home and snuggle him. It was a wonderful day! Praise God!

However, we did have battles with seizures. We were told that he was having constant infantile spasms that needed to be stopped to avoid further brain damage.

We then took Grayson to New Orleans to a HBOT doctor for healing as soon as his seizures stopped. We had heard many amazing stories of people who's lives were helped by this treatment. The treatment was expensive, but we saw such amazing results as a result of it!! Grayson is holding his head up better, he is no longer oversensitive during bathtime so he loves it now! He is responding to us and mimicking sounds! And soon we will be getting new EEG results that will hopefully show proof of the benefits that we saw during the treatment! His seizures have slowed down considerably as well!! This may have cured his infantile spasms (and we will find out if it did soon).

NEXT, we would like to see a specialized doctor to help him reach his optimal health right now and help with his stomach issues. We also want to do stem cell therapy which would help regenerate some cells in his brain. This is also an expensive therapy which would cost us $15,000. These treatments are extremely expensive but if we can heal him as much as possible in these critical years, he will be better of for the rest of his life! And we ADORE this little guy and want to give him our best! 

Please pray for us as we continue on this journey.  We need strength as all of this is very draining. We also need the funds to give him the best care possible.
