Grandmother/Caregiver Falsely Fired

Michele Centeno known by many here in the community as the face of the Shell Station on White Plains Rd needs your help. She loved all and set her watch to the times each customer would come into the store. She knew all of everyone's hopes and dreams, childrens names, etc. She welcomed everyone as if they were her own family. 
She took custody of her little granddaughter when her daughter became too ill to care for her. She has an adult daughter that suffers from Autism. She always smiled and shared jokes and made everyone leave the store with a smile. 
Many many of you would go to her boss telling him they came in to the store feeling down but left laughing and smiling because of Michele.
Michele was genuine. She meant to make you smile. She loved to make everyone happy. That was HER happiness.
Now she has been let go from her job. Her boss cannot give a definitive reason. One reason was she stretched out her back for 10 seconds with her foot on a shelf and he didnt like it. Mind you she has rods and screws in her lower back. He accused her of being on drugs, she submitted a drug test without hesitation and of course passed.
She cannot make her rent now and is very low on heating oil and on the brink of her health being affected over the stress.
Please lets help this lady out.
She has been your friend and loves all of you genuinely. The funny thing is, she misses all of you the most. You, all of you were her daily happiness on top of her family.
