On February 2, 2018 Nolan was working on pot holes in Pagosa Springs, when he was struck by a vehicle. He was flight for lifed from Pagosa to Denver and is serverly injured. This site is to help him and his family cover medical, and travel expenses. He has been apart of the CDOT family for 10+ years and was looking to retire this year.
